The highest quality of ingredients and the
highest care in production. Finest chocolate, pure butter and the
best quality of nuts, almonds, fruits etc. We only use pure natural
products and make almost everything by hand. Even the candied orange
bits and the nougat. For example, marmalades from OBERLAA contain
72% fruit
There are no preservatives in OBERLAA's products or
any artificial flavoring. Even the cakes that have alcohol in the
filling contain nothing but quality whisky, Cointreau, Grand Marnier or
Amaretto. Be it the “Bürgermeister” or the “Panettone”, the “Jamaica” or
the “Nougatschifferl”, everything is made by hand in our bakery and sent
fresh daily to our patissries.

Since our foundation it has been our explicit goal to
indulge you with patisserie and confectionery of the highest quality and

In addition to approximately one hundred and
fifty year-round and seasonal delicacies we also offer, except in
Währing, small snacks, daily and fixed menus.
OBERLAA can also come to your home with OBERLAA-On Tour, our
catering service for your party or event.
