| The Viennese hotel scene is enriched by a new extraordinary Design Hotel, The Levante Parliament. The house, built in 1908 in the classical modernist style, is today protected by a preservation order. |
| The most distinctive features of the imposing architecture are the lineal forms on which a century later the design of today’s hotel has been based. |

| All furnishings and fittings used remain true to this innovative architecture. The concept of the Design Hotel The Levante Parliament is based on the elements of life – fire (light and transparency), earth (natural materials), air (all ceilings are 3.30 metres high) and water (movement and fluidity) are combined with all the modern comforts of a first class hotel. |
| |
| The element glass is used in large glass walls dividing the bathroom and living area, the bathroom doors and the shower. Indirect lighting throughout the hotel creates not only a spectacular effect but also a warm and friendly atmosphere. The materials of bright natural stone, glass, chrome and dark wood have been chosen to harmonise with the classical design and have been utilised in all areas of the hotel. |

| Not only the hotel is a peculiarity for itself, also the Nemtoi-Restaurant Bar offers exclusive art in a unique atmosphere. Stunning design and modern art are mirrored in the Nemtoi Restaurant-Bar. The romanian glass designer Ioan Nemtoi and the architecture August Hufnagel designed our restaurant. |
| The design highlight of the restaurant are probably the four red glass fire walls which are installed throughout the restaurant and represent the element of fire regarding the hotels’ concept. |

| Our chef Bernhard Laimer who proved his ability to cook already in renowned restaurants in Vienna, in the Langham Hilton in London as well as in the famous Hotel Adlon in Berlin, spoils his guests with fantastic creations. Enjoy the outstanding creations of a seasonal, quality and light cuisine of chef Bernhard Laimer. The smoked salmon with roquefort – leek terrine or the carpaccio of beef filled with olives and rocket salad can be recommended. |
| Also excellent are the scallop’s with macadamia cous – cous and peas or the filet steak with date ragout and pyramid cake. To finish the culinary journey the black currant sorbet with yoghurt jelly can be suggested. |
